The NAMM Foundation once again recognized Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD as one of the nation's Best Communities for Music Education, highlighting the district's continued commitment to providing every student access to high-quality music education.

EMS ISD is proud to announce that Tracy Smith has been named the next principal of High Country Elementary School. Smith brings 14 years of experience in public education as a teacher, assistant principal and principal, along with a strong belief in the power of relationships to create thriving school communities.

EMS ISD launched its inaugural TeachFest, a three-day professional learning experience at Eagle Mountain High School designed to energize, empower and elevate educators ahead of the new school year. Approximately 450 attendees participated in sessions focused on instructional strategies, collaboration, innovation and educator-led learning.
